1. Access & Age Restriction

Anyone who wishes to use the platform must meet the following requirements—

• You must be at least 21 years old (21+). If it is found that you misrepresented your age to gain access, your account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• You must not reside in, or attempt to access from, a country or region where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be on a self-exclusion list (players who have self-excluded may not register here).
• You must not be an employee of the company or a family member of an employee.

If an account is found to have been opened without meeting these requirements, the company may suspend it at any time and close the account without any financial liability.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may only open one account at kyat20. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, the company will close all such accounts and any remaining balances and bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate name, date of birth, and contact details at the time of registration and when requesting a withdrawal. If a withdrawal is requested from an account with incorrect information, the company may ask for identity verification and has the right to refuse the withdrawal if verification cannot be confirmed.

2.3 Account Security

You must keep your username and password secure and must not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all gaming and financial activity carried out on your account. If you discover any unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Account Closure

A player may request account closure voluntarily through Live Chat. If the company finds that these terms have been violated, it may close the account immediately without prior notice.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

• Accepted payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, bank transfer
• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks
• Deposits must be made from your own personal payment method; payments made by a third party are not allowed.
• Any bank fees or payment charges that apply at the time of deposit vary depending on the payment method — these fees are charged by the payment provider and are not related to the platform.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Standard withdrawal processing time — 30 minutes to 3 hours (MMT, UTC+6:30) — this is an estimated timeframe and may take slightly longer depending on the payment method, banking hours, and system stability.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
• The company may verify your identity and betting history before processing a withdrawal.
• The company has the right to suspend any deposit or withdrawal transaction that appears irregular or suspected of money laundering.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

The company places a high priority on preventing money laundering. Transactions may be suspended and held for review, and identity verification documents may be requested at any time — players are asked to cooperate fully.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at kyat20, you will receive a 150% bonus — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must wager the bonus amount × 20 times.

Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving you a total of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 30,000 × 20 = 600,000 Ks.

Example 2 — If you deposit 680,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a total of 1,180,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is for one account only and cannot be claimed through duplicate accounts.
• Bonus winnings may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met. If the bonus is cancelled before the requirement is fulfilled, any winnings obtained from that bonus will be forfeited.
• If the company finds that any player is attempting to gain a bonus through irregular means (e.g., reverse play), the bonus may be denied.
• The company reserves the right to add, modify, or cancel bonus promotions at any time; bonuses already claimed before a cancellation notice is made will not be affected.

9. Intellectual Property

All website designs, software, databases, code, translations, graphics, and backend gaming technologies on the platform are protected by the intellectual property rights of kyat20 or its contractors. Players may use the platform for personal entertainment only and may not commercially copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of it.

10. Limitation of Liability

The company will not be liable for losses caused by your own actions (e.g., losing a bonus by attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements). Players acknowledge and agree that game outcomes are final, and the company will not be responsible for losses resulting from game outcomes.
